Ever heard of The Jesus Place?
If not, it's a CHRISTIAN venue/church that quite frankley is getting a lot of unfair treatment lately. People have been spreading lies and putting it down b/c of how we love Jesus.
That's pretty lame. Other venues think that by stealing shows or giving us a bad rep that we'll just give up and go away. WRONG. We will not give up without a fight. This is OUR venue, OUR church, and OUR home. We we storm the rusty gates of hell, we will not back down.
How can you help?
COME! There are shows every Friday and Saturday and others throughout the week.
PROMOTE! Every show needs to be talked about. These bands are AWESOME.
GIVE! whatever you can to help. Running a venue is expensive.
PRAY! that God blesses our struggle.
PRAY FOR THE JP.
It's an amazing place that God's been using in a big way.
I'll be praying about it.
It would stink if they shut it down.
I really want to visit the JP.

but i'll be praying for the ministry. if its any encouragement.. youve got to be doing lots right if youre meeting so much opposition. if you werent making a difference there would be no reason for satan to try and ruin it.
so you guys NEED to stay open because an amazing band from my hometown that will be there on august 12 (
to contend against rome).
God's not done with their ministry quite yet. I can just tell. if there is anyway to send money or anything from wisconsin...please let me know. other than that, i'll keep praying that God will keep his hand on you guys.
